The Clinic Site Manager is a leadership staff position.
The Clinic Site Manager supervises operations and activities in the clinic to ensure successful delivery of patient care.
The Clinic Site Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

The Clinic Receptionist performs duties directly involved with all aspects of the secretarial duties needed to maintain medical records. The Clinic Receptionist handles all incoming telephone calls, directing calls to the appropriate department or person and takes messages when needed. The Clinic Receptionist assists the Patient in checking in for their appointment and for checking the Patient out after the appointment, follow-up appointment scheduling.
The Clinic Receptionist reports directly to the Clinics Operations Director
The Customer Service First Impression Lead performs duties directly involved with all aspects of the secretarial registration duties needed to maintain medical records. They train all new staff on the front desk routines which includes phone etiquette, obtaining demographic information as well as insurance information and the collections of co-pay and account balances and obtain all forms needed for registration. They keep score cards for each registration personnel and retrain as needed to assure high success with registration processes.
The Customer Service First Impression Lead reports directly to the Director of Clinic Financials.
The staff occupational therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients; development, coordination and implementation of the treatment plan; discharge planning, maintenance of informative, accurate and timely documentation. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for supervision of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Based on assigned unit/area, the occupational therapist could be involved in team meetings, family meetings, home evaluations, staff training and basic office duties/reports. Treatment outside the hospital setting could include home.
All staff occupational therapists are required to keep current national registry and Missouri licensure, in addition to participating in continuing education and training of others.

The Radiologic Technologist-Not Registered performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. The technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation to produce diagnostic radiographs. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures as required. The individual is trained in a certified Radiology Technology program and capable of performing patient care for the age groups: 0-105 years old.
The Radiologic Technologist Registered reports directly to Radiology Chief Technologist
The Clinic Receptionist performs duties directly involved with all aspects of the secretarial duties needed to maintain medical records. The Clinic Receptionist handles all incoming telephone calls, directing calls to the appropriate department or person and takes messages when needed. The Clinic Receptionist assists the Patient in checking in for their appointment and for checking the Patient out after the appointment, including charge posting and follow-up appointment scheduling. The Clinic Receptionist works with insurance companies for prior authorizations and calls patients to schedule their appointments from referrals that are sent to the pain clinic.

The Clinic LPN/MA is responsible for patient care within the Clinic, trained and capable of performing patient care for the age groups newborn to 105 years old.
The Clinic LPN reports directly to the Clinics Operations Director.
The Radiology Manager assists the Director of Radiology and performs administrative duties of supervision within the Bothwell Radiology Department, the Bothwell Diagnostic Center and the Imaging departments of the Truman Lake Clinic. The Radiology Manager is responsible for directing all Imaging staff and supporting staff within those locations. The Radiology Manager performs imaging procedures at a technical level that does not require constant supervision. This individual is trained and capable of performing patient care for the age groups of 0 to 105 years old.
The Radiology Manager reports directly to the Director of Radiology.
The Centralized Scheduling/Auth Referral Specialist – Medical Assistant is responsible for the following: answering calls coming into the call center, scheduling all Clinic offices for daily appointments, scheduling hospital tests excluding surgeries, & ensuring authorizations are obtained and documented.
The Centralized Scheduling/Auth Referral Specialist – Medical Assistant reports directly to the Patient Financial Services Director.
The Self Pay Representative is responsible for arranging payment plans, assisting with applications for public assistance, and screening admissions for eligibility for public assistance or reduced fees based on income.
The Self Pay Representative reports directly to the Director of Patient Financial Services.
The Environmental Service Worker is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility environment; keep a daily QI log.
