The Centralized Scheduling Specialist is responsible for the following: answering calls coming into the call center, scheduling appointments for Clinics and hospital appointments.   The Centralized Scheduling Specialist reports directly to the Registration Supervisor and Patient Financial Services Director.         

The Clinical Informatics Specialist performs routine department, clinical professions, and system processes support for Bothwell Acute and Ambulatory and supports implementation teams designated for these areas.   The Clinical Informatics Specialist reports directly to the Nursing Informatics Manager

The Respiratory Therapist-RRT is an allied health care practitioner who functions under the supervision of a physician and in accordance with Hospital approved procedures and or protocols. This individual is responsible for the administration of pharmacologic, diagnostic, and therapeutic agents related to respiratory care to implement or modify diagnostic regimes, treatment, disease prevention, or pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities associated with the cardiopulmonary system.   The Respiratory Therapist-RRT reports directly to the Respiratory Care Shift Supervisor.

The Building Maintenance Mechanic has demonstrated an excellent working knowledge of hospital systems, can be relied upon to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on most building systems, and is capable of independent troubleshooting and repair.   The Building Maintenance Mechanic reports directly to the Assistant Director of Facility Services.

The Mammographer-Registered performs mammography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.  The technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation to produce diagnostic and screening mammograms. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures as required. The individual is trained and a graduate from a certified Radiologic training program and capable of performing patient care for the age groups:  0-105 years old.   The Mammographer-Registered reports directly to Radiology Chief Technologist.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ED RN provides direct patient care, collaborates with the healthcare team, and plays a critical role in managing patient care from triage to discharge. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.   The RN / GN reports directly to Charge Nurse/Manager. 

The Phlebotomist will greet the public, perform designated clerical duties, obtain patient specimens in accordance with standards and procedures as set forth by local, state, and federal agencies and this institution for the purpose of performing diagnostic tests in order to aid the physician in making decisions regarding diagnosis and appropriate treatment.    The Phlebotomist reports directly to the Section Supervisor, Laboratory Director, and/or Medical Director.

The Clinic Operations Manager is a leadership staff position. The Clinic Operations Manager assists in developing and implementing operational strategies. Support staff development to improve efficiency and meet Bothwell Regional Health Center goals. Identify and implement process improvement, ensure compliance and maintain efficient communication strategies to all stakeholders.   The Clinic Operations Manager supervises operations and activities in the clinic to ensure successful delivery of patient care.   The Clinic Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Clinic Operations

The Nursing Assistant must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assist with the collection of data for objective assessment, and to identify the needs and requirements of the patient and report to the charge nurse/team leader.  They will act within the scope of practice for Nursing.   The Nursing Assistant reports directly charge nurse/team leader.

The RN / GN must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care.  He/She must have the ability to assess, evaluate, identify, and interpret the requirement and needs of the critically ill patients and perform based on those findings.  Care includes but is not limited to: Cardiac Monitoring, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Ventilator dependent patient (Acute and long term), Temporary and permanent pacemakers, Balloon pump.   The RN / GN reports directly to Charge Nurse/Supervisor/Director.

The LPN/GPN must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care.  He/She must have the ability to assess, evaluate, identify, and interpret requirements and needs of the patients and report these findings appropriately to a Registered Nurse.  They will work within their scope of practice as a licensed LPN.   The LPN/GPN reports directly to the charge nurse/or team leader.

The Director manages the personnel and processes of the Pharmacy; oversees strict control, accountability, and monitoring of all medications and their safe use throughout BRHC and its owned facilities; carries out laws, regulations, and policies associated with personnel and the ordering, inventory, storage, distribution, use, and disposal of all drugs/medications; collaborates with individual physicians, P&T committee, and all other standing committees on an as needed basis.

The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for working return mail daily, billing, entering various data in the system, and in the absence of the Manage Care Specialist, completes their duties.   The Patient Access Specialist reports directly to the Director of Patient Services.
