The Phlebotomist will greet the public, perform designated clerical duties, obtain patient specimens in accordance with standards and procedures as set forth by local, state, and federal agencies and this institution for the purpose of performing diagnostic tests in order to aid the physician in making decisions regarding diagnosis and appropriate treatment.   The Phlebotomist reports directly to the Section Supervisor, Laboratory Director, and/or Medical Director.

The LPN Care Coordinator is responsible for patient care within the setting of the clinic environment. The Care Coordinator position also assist patient with managing their health care needs remotely (via telephone, or video calls). They are trained and capable of performing patient care for the age groups newborn to 105 years old.   The LPN Care Coordinator reports directly to the RN Director of Clinic Nursing.

The Nurse Navigator functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team and serves as an advocate and educator for patients with acute and chronic conditions. The Nurse Navigator’s primary function is to ensure the patient remains compliant to their treatment plan. Navigators achieve this goal by building relationships with patients and physicians, coordinating the plan of care, assisting with appointments, transportation needs, education, resource provision and/or representation within the multidisciplinary care environment while also working to meet program’s incentivized goals of improving the healthcare experience and reducing rates of avoidable hospitalizations and readmissions.   

The RN / GN must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care.  He/She must have the ability to assess, evaluate, identify, and interpret the requirement and needs of the patients and perform based on those findings.    The RN / GN reports directly to Charge Nurse/Supervisor/Nurse Manager.

The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for working return mail daily, billing, entering various data in the system, and in the absence of the Manage Care Specialist, completes their duties.   The Patient Access Specialist reports directly to the Director of Patient Services

The Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech) plays a vital role in supporting the clinical team by providing direct patient care and performing essential technical tasks in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The Clinical Informatics Specialist performs routine department, clinical professions, and system processes support for Bothwell ambulatory clinics and supports implementation teams designated for these areas.   The Clinical Informatics Specialist reports directly to the Supervisor of Nursing Informatics.

The Environmental Service Worker is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility environment; keep a daily QI log.   The Environmental Service Worker reports directly to Director Environmental Service.

The Director Clinic Operations is a leadership position. The Director of Clinic Operations develop and implement strategic operational plans.  Identifies process improvement, manage risk and maintain compliance.  Ensures stakeholder engagement and be an effective communicator.   The Director Clinic Operations supervises the clinic operations manager(s) and activities in the clinic to ensure successful delivery of patient care.   The Director Clinic Operations reports directly to the Vice President of Clinic Operations
