The Durable Medical Equipment Tech is responsible for Durable Medical equipment delivery, cleaning, preparation, and inventory.
The Nursing Assistant must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assist with the collection of data for objective assessment, and to identify the needs and requirements of the patient and report to the charge nurse/team leader. They will act within the scope of practice for Nursing.
The Nursing Assistant reports directly charge nurse/team leader.
The Clinic LPN/MA is responsible for patient care within the Clinic, trained and capable of performing patient care for the age groups newborn to 105 years old.
The Clinic LPN/MA reports directly to the Clinics Operations Director

The Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound imaging studies as directed by a physician’s order. The technologist must be capable of performing patient care for age groups 0 to 105 years old.
The Ultrasound Technologist reports directly to Ultrasound Chief Technologist
Under the direction of a radiologist, the MRI Technologist performs Magnetic Resonance procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. The MRI Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. This individual is trained and capable of performing patient care for the age groups: 0 to 105 years old.
The MRI Technologist reports directly to the Director of Imaging.
The RN Case Manager is a Case Manager responsible for mentoring and serves as a resource to other utilization management team members. The RN Case Manager is responsible for admission and concurrent review of patients for Severity of Illness and Intensity of Service, appropriate level of care and discharge planning as outlined in the Utilization Management Plan. The Case Manager reviews concurrently and must facilitate and encourage the optimal use of the Health Centers resources through interventions with both medical staff and the healthcare team as needed to facilitate timely discharge.
The RN Case Manager reports directly to the Director of Case Management.
Nurse Aide/WardClerk must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assess and identify needs and requirements of the patient and report the findings appropriately to the charge nurse/team leader.
The Nurse Aide/Ward Clerk reports directly to charge nurse/team leader.
The Clinic Billing Specialist is responsible for computer and billing systems, for electronic insurance processing and follow-up, & for setting up payment plans and handling collection activities.
The Billing Specialist reports directly to the Director of Clinic Financials.
The Dietetics Support position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to feeding patients and customers in the Bothwell Café.
This position reports directly to the Dietetics Manager.
The Clinic Phlebotomist will greet the public, perform designated clerical duties, obtain patient specimens in accordance with standards and procedures as set forth by local, state, and federal agencies and this institution for the purpose of performing diagnostic tests in order to aid the physician in making decisions regarding diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
The Clinic Phlebotomist reports directly to the Clinics Operations Director..
The Clinic LPN is responsible for providing population specific care within the outpatient setting. Performs a broad range of nursing, office, and laboratory duties to provide exceptional health and wellness services to those from birth to 105 years of age.
The Clinic LPN reports directly to the Director of Clinic Operations.
The Clinic Receptionist performs duties directly involved with all aspects of the secretarial duties needed to maintain medical records. The clinic receptionist handles all incoming telephone calls, directing calls to the appropriate department or person and takes messages when needed. The clinic receptionist assists the patient in checking in for their appointment and for checking the patient out after the appointment and follow-up appointment scheduling as needed.
The Clinic Receptionist reports directly to the Clinic Registration Manager under the direction of: Director of Clinic Financials and VP of Clinic Operations.
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assess, evaluate, identify and interpret the required anesthetic needs of the patients with performance based upon those findings.
This individual is trained and capable of performing patient care for the age groups from newborn through the lifespan.
The CRNA reports directly to the Director of Anesthesiology.
The Charge Nurse is accountable for excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care. He/She directs and oversees function and activities of the assigned unit. He/She recommends, develops and implements policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff and the public. He/She assumes the duties of the Unit Manager in his/her absence.
The Charge Nurse reports directly to Unit Manager.
The Charge Nurse is accountable for excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care. He/She directs and oversees function and activities of the assigned unit. He/She recommends, develops and implements policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff and the public.
