The Charge Nurse is accountable for excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care. He/She directs and oversees function and activities of the assigned unit. He/She recommends, develops and implements policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff and the public. He/She assumes the duties of the Director in his/her absence.

Healthcare Technician must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assist with the collection of data for objective assessment, and to identify the needs and requirements of the patient and report to the charge nurse/team leader. He/She will also coordinate with the health care team to take patients from their rooms to various locations for X-rays, scans, surgery and other medical tests. Healthcare Technicians will assist with other duties as assigned.

The non-registered Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound imaging studies as directed by a physician’s order. The technologist must be capable of performing patient care for age groups 0 to 105 years old.
The Radiologic Technologist-Registered performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. The technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation to produce diagnostic radiographs. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures as required. The individual is trained and a graduate from a certified Radiologic training program and capable of performing patient care for the age groups: 0-105 years old.
The staff physical therapy assistant is responsible for performing treatment programs developed by the physical therapist(s); documenting treatment; attending team meetings; and participating in continuing education.
All staff physical therapy assistants are required to keep a Missouri licensure, in addition to participating in continuing education and training of others.
The staff occupational therapy assistant is responsible for performing treatment programs developed by the occupational therapist(s), which includes documenting treatment, attending team meetings, and participating in continuing education.
All staff occupational therapy assistants are required to keep current national registry and Missouri licensure, in addition to participating in continuing education and training of others.
The staff occupational therapy assistant reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.

The Respiratory Care Student Assistant is an allied health care worker who functions under the supervision of a Respiratory Therapy Director and works under the direction of the team leader. This individual is responsible for clerical, equipment cleaning, equipment preparation, charge processing, filing duties of the department and performing electro-cardiograms and my perform the services of a respiratory care practitioner under direct supervision.
