This Security Officer position is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of patients, employees, and visitors, as well as the assets of the organization.    This position reports to the Director of Security.

The Clinic Radiology Tech performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for procedures as required.   The Clinic Radiology Tech reports directly to the Clinic Site Manager.

The RN / GN must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assess, evaluate, identify, and interpret the requirement and needs of the critically ill patients and perform based on those findings. Care includes but is not limited to: Cardiac Monitoring, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Ventilator dependent patient (Acute and long term), Temporary and permanent pacemakers, Balloon pump.   The RN / GN reports directly to Charge Nurse/Supervisor/Director.

The Social Worker provides direct social work to all areas of the organization.  The Social Worker provides services to patients and families, via assessment, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, advocacy, and referral. The social worker will coordinate with case management to assure appropriate continuity of care.   The Social Worker reports directly to Director of Population Health.

The Nursing Assistant must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. He/She must have the ability to assist with the collection of data for objective assessment, and to identify the needs and requirements of the patient and report to the charge nurse/team leader. The Health Information Management Chart Documentation Analyst & Abstractor monitors the completion and accuracy of the medical record. The Environmental Service Shift Supervisor is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility environment; keep a daily QI log, supervision of Environmental Service personnel, maintain high standards of safety and infection control: Knowledge of Environmental Service techniques, familiar with standards, policies and procedures.   The Environmental Service Shift Supervisor reports directly to Director Environmental Service.

The Centralized Scheduling/Auth Referral Specialist – Medical Assistant is responsible for the following: answering calls coming into the call center, scheduling all Clinic offices for daily appointments, scheduling hospital tests excluding surgeries, & ensuring authorizations are obtained and documented.   The Centralized Scheduling/Auth Referral Specialist – Medical Assistant reports directly to the Patient Financial Services Director.

The RN Case Manager is a Case Manager responsible for mentoring and serves as a resource to other utilization management team members.  The RN Case Manager is responsible for admission and concurrent review of patients for Severity of Illness and Intensity of Service, appropriate level of care and discharge planning as outlined in the Utilization Management Plan.  The Case Manager reviews concurrently and must facilitate and encourage the optimal use of the Health Centers resources through interventions with both medical staff and the healthcare team as needed to facilitate timely discharge.   The RN Case Manager reports directly to the Director of Case Management.
